Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products: notebooks, we do not offer refunds on used products. 

If your return is accepted instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that refund processing time is subject to your bank or credit card company. 

Please consider that only the cost of your order will be refunded (excludes shipping fee).
